Today, my boyfriend and I were being lazy…playing video games, watching Netflix. Then he said, “I want apple pie.” We all know I take any announcement like that seriously. I immediately threw on clothes, makeup, and grabbed my keys and we headed to the store. Five hours, 6 filling recipes, my own crust recipe, 7 apples, two cut fingers, and we have pie. Vegan pie. Gluten free pie. Delicious pie.
